Greek Yogurt Ice Cream Cookies


It’s almost Summer here in Texas, so we decided to re-invent one of our favorite childhoold snack: ice cream cookies! Who doesn’t love ice cream, right? We used greek yogurt as the base for our ice cream, so it’s rich in protein and low in sugar.
